Meet Jessica.

As a Tri-state local, I have a unique edge in understanding our river communities. While I handle all aspects of buying and selling real estate, I specialize in selling properties from estates and probates. It helps when your Broker is a veteran attorney who handles primarily probates, wills, and estates. Losing a family member or loved one can be one of the hardest experiences we go through as humans. It can be even harder when you are left with their possessions that you are now responsible for. If you happen to inherit a residence in our area, I promise to be another avenue of support for you in selling their home. With compassion and grace, we will treat their legacy as your own as we manage the selling process.

First time buyer? I know the feeling. As a young mom with a family to take care of, I knew buying a home was on my priority list. I am proud to say my husband and I purchased our first home in Fort Mohave in 2020, and our second home in 2025.

I am able to give you advice through my experience as both an FHA buyer as well as on the agent side. I would love to help you through the pre-qualification process. I am confident that we will find the perfect home to suit your needs. As an elementary school teacher for 13 years, I learned to manage my time wisely, connect with families, create organized plans, and prioritize accuracy. I use these skills daily with my real estate transactions and always strive to provide exceptional customer service.
